Catalyzt Infotech Software Solutions Llp is based in Jamtani Chambers, taking up the second and third floors. We’re located on the Mumbai Pune Road in the Kharalwadi area, right near where the Oriental Bank used to be. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of honking and movement outside our windows. Having two floors sounds like a lot, but we’ve filled the space with desks, servers, and all the usual software gear. We spend most of our time upstairs because the light is a bit better there. The stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a bit of a workout every day. We aren't some big-name tech giant with a gym and a cafeteria. We have a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits, and that’s about it. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing software for a long time and some younger folks just starting out. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just write code and try to make sure the software works like it's supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error, and sometimes we stay late when a bug is being stubborn. Being in Kharalwadi puts us right in the middle of things, which is handy for getting lunch or catching the bus. It’s a practical place for a software business.
