We don't really have a big fancy storefront to show off. Most of what we do involves Kavita Mahajan, and you can usually reach us through the emails like kavitamahajan06 at gmail or the other one at yahoo. We are part of the Castrol India Ltd setup, but it feels a lot more personal than that. It’s mostly about keeping track of things and making sure the communication stays open. We spend a lot of time on the computer, typing away and checking for updates. It’s not the kind of job where we are out in the field all day, but it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes it feels like we are swimming in emails, but we just take them one by one. There isn't a team of fifty people here. It’s just a small, dedicated effort to keep things running smoothly. We don't have a big office with a view or anything like that. It’s just a desk, a lamp, and a phone that rings more often than you’d expect. We try to keep a schedule, but things often come up that change the plan for the day. It’s just the way this kind of work goes. We don't use any complicated systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just handle the business and make sure the details are right. It’s pretty straightforward and we like it that way.
