We operate out of Sanpada in Navi Mumbai. Specifically, you can find Cas Managemet Pvt Ltd in the Dhanashree building, Plot 108. We are up on the third floor in B Wing, Flat 302. It’s a decent area, quite close to the station and the usual bustle of Sector 1. Most of what we do involves management and keeping things organized for the businesses we work with. It’s a lot of computer work and sitting through meetings to figure out the best way to handle different situations. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small, dedicated group of us here. The office feels a bit like a home because it’s in a residential-style building, which makes the long hours a bit easier. We have our desks set up and there is always tea or coffee being made somewhere. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff that other people find boring, but we quite like the order of it. Navi Mumbai is a good place to be, and Sanpada is central enough for most of our clients to reach us. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just steady management work, day in and day out. We make sure the numbers add up and the schedules are followed. That's about it for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across our desks each morning.
