Our office and workshop are located at 20/6 in the Jogani Industrial Complex. It’s on V.N. Purav Marg in the Chunabhatti area of Sion East. Most of what we do involves machinery for the food industry, specifically stuff for making frozen treats. It is a specialized field, so the people who come to see us usually know exactly what they are looking for. The complex is quite crowded, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Inside, we have a display area where the machines are kept, and a back section for repairs and spare parts. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always someone testing a pump or cleaning out a freezer unit. We get a lot of technicians coming in and out to pick up tools or get training on the latest models. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed despite the busy location. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the latest issues with the equipment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know these machines better than most and help people keep them running. It's a practical business that serves the local shops and bigger outlets too. We've been in this complex for quite a while now and everyone knows where the 20/6 unit is. Just look for the delivery bikes out front.
