Caretronics India Services is based out of Bhartiya Nagar 4 in Ghatkopar. We’re a small outfit. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of wires, tools, and parts scattered around. We handle a lot of different service jobs and it can get pretty cluttered in here. We aren't a big fancy service center with a glass front. It’s a working shop. We spend most of our time out on calls or hunched over a workbench trying to fix something that’s broken. The team is just a few guys who know their way around electronics and machinery. We’ve been in Ghatkopar for a while now and people know us for being straightforward. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to customers. We just tell them what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we’re running a bit behind because a job took longer than we thought, but we always try to get it done. The office part is just a small desk with a computer and a lot of sticky notes. We don't have a marketing department. Word gets around when you do a decent job for a fair price. It’s a bit noisy with the fans going and the street traffic, but it’s a good place to work. We’re just local people doing our best to keep things running for our neighbors. We usually end the day by sweeping up all the wire clippings from the floor and locking up the tool cabinets.
