Carapace Technologies

Carapace Technologies is based in Kandivali West. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and it feels like home to us. The office is just a regular room with enough space for our team to sit and work on various tech projects. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s a practical workspace where we spend our hours writing code and checking for errors. The walk from the station isn’t too bad, especially in the mornings before it gets too hot. We usually have the radio on in the background or just some low music while we work. We don’t have a dress code, so you’ll see us in t-shirts and jeans most days. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do take the work seriously. When something breaks, everyone chips in to fix it. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch, usually whatever we brought from home. The lighting is a bit bright, and the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we are used to it. We don't go in for big speeches or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. Most of our day is spent typing away and trying to make sure the work is done properly without any fuss. It is a very normal environment where people just focus on their monitors and get through the list of things to do before heading home.
