Capricus Marketing Llp is based at Nepean Sea Road, which is one of the more well-known streets in Mumbai. We are in the Meherina CHS building, specifically on the 6th floor in room B/61. The building is part of a larger complex, and it can be a little confusing for people visiting for the first time because there are different blocks like C/51 nearby. It’s a busy area, but being on the 6th floor helps us get away from the street level noise. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of cords running across the floor. We don’t have a fancy interior designer. We just put things where they fit. We have been here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the view of the surrounding buildings and the bit of the sea you can see if you lean out the window. It’s a practical workspace for us. We handle all our marketing tasks from here. Most days we are just busy with our work and don’t really pay much attention to the fancy address. It is a good central spot for us to get around the city when we need to. It’s a simple, functional office that serves our needs well enough for now. We mostly focus on our lists and getting through the workday.
