Capital Constuction M Nairobi

We are based in Goregaon West, specifically at G E Links 203 on Ram Mandir Road. Despite the Nairobi name in our title, we are very much a Mumbai outfit through and through. The area around Ram Mandir Road is always buzzing, especially with the station nearby and all the new buildings going up. Capital Constuction M Nairobi is just a small team of us working out of this office. It’s a decent space on the second floor, looking out over the busy street. Construction is a messy business, but our office is where we try to keep things organized. We have blueprints scattered around and lots of samples of materials lying in the corners. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we get the planning done. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the people who was actually at a site earlier that morning. We keep things very direct. There’s no marketing team here, just people who know how to build things. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the rain and the space, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We just take it one project at a time from our Goregaon base and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
