We are at 119 Ghonsalves Chawl on Chinch Pokli Road. This is in Bandra West, Mumbai 400050. Our company is called Capita Offshore Services Ltd. It is an old building, a chawl, so it has a lot of character. You will not find us in one of those new glass towers. We prefer it here. The rent is okay and we are close to everything in Bandra. It gets quite crowded in the lanes here. People are always moving about. Our office is just a simple room where we have our files and computers. It can be a bit noisy with the street sounds coming in through the windows. Chinch Pokli Road is a busy stretch. We have been here for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We don't really do any marketing. Most of our work comes from people who already know where we are. It is a very local feel here. We share the space with other small businesses. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stalls during our breaks. It is just how things work in this part of Mumbai. We are Capita Offshore Services Ltd but we do not act like a big corporation. We are just regular people working out of a chawl in Bandra. It is honest work and we like being in the middle of all the action.
