Capita India Private Ltd is situated over at Zainab Baug on Station Road. Being in Dahisar East means we are right in the thick of things, especially with Mumbai 68 being such a packed area. The office is at number 17. Because it’s so close to the station, there is always a crowd moving past and the noise of the trains is just part of the background music for us now. The building is older, and the entrance can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the sign. We have a small team here working on various things throughout the day. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. We have our files, our tea mugs, and our computers all crammed in. It gets pretty humid in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. We don’t really go for fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and handle the daily grind. Sometimes the neighbors in the Baug pop in for a quick chat, which makes it feel like a real community. We keep things pretty basic. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we are just trying to stay on top of the work and make sure nothing falls through the cracks before we head out for the day to catch our own trains home.
