Our location is A1001 in the Penrith building, which is part of the Hiranandani Estate in Thane. The estate is a very specific kind of place with its own look and feel, and we are right in the middle of it. Capgemini India Pvt Ltd has this office up on the tenth floor of Penrith. It is a fairly modern building compared to some others, and the view from the tenth floor is actually quite nice on a clear day. We have a lot of space inside for all our desks and the various files we keep. The atmosphere is professional but not stiff; we still joke around and have our tea breaks together like any other local team. Hiranandani Estate has plenty of walking paths and shops, so some of us take a stroll during the lunch hour to get some fresh air. The office itself is kept tidy, but it definitely looks like a place where people are busy working. There are always cables running along the floor and stacks of papers on the desks. We do not have a fancy receptionist or a big lounge area, just a functional entrance and a lot of workstations. It is a good place to be based because it is relatively clean and organized compared to the more crowded parts of Thane. We just come in, do our jobs, and head home like everyone else.
