Our office is tucked away in B 604 Sai Arcade, which you can find in Sector 20B at Plot No 8 in Airoli. It is a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, and the building is quite easy to find once you are in the right sector. Capgemini India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this unit for some time now. The sixth floor is usually quiet enough for us to get our work done without too many distractions from the street below. We have a basic setup with everything we need to handle our daily responsibilities. The elevators in Sai Arcade can be a little slow when everyone is arriving at nine in the morning, so we have learned to be patient. Airoli has changed a lot recently with more buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s habits, like who likes their coffee black and who is always late because of the train delays. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the work at hand. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, we have a functional workspace that suits our needs perfectly. The area around Plot No 8 has some good places to grab a quick bite during lunch, which is something we all look forward to during a busy week.
