Capgemini Consulting India Pvt Ltd is based at Flat 1 in Anand Bunglow, Plot 21, Sector 4, Shreenagar, Thane 400 604. It’s definitely not your typical glass-and-steel office building. Being in Anand Bunglow gives it a much more local, almost home-like feeling. Shreenagar is a nice part of Thane, and we’re quite comfortable here. We do consulting work, which means we spend our days looking at business processes and trying to help companies run a bit better. It’s a lot of practical thinking. We don’t really go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do what’s on the list for that day. The office is small but it has everything we need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes in a smaller space. We like the fact that we aren’t in a huge, anonymous tower. It feels more personal this way. We’re just a small branch of the bigger company, but we handle our own business here in Thane. If you’re in Sector 4, you might walk right past us without realizing it. We’re just a group of people working together in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a simple setup, and it works just fine for what we need. We don't need much more than that to get through our projects and keep everything on track for our clients.
