We are located at B 66 Aakansha Co Op Housing Society on Navghar Road. Being near Tata Colony in Mulund East makes it a fairly easy place to find. This isn't your typical high-rise office environment. Instead, we work out of this housing society space, which gives the whole day a bit more of a local feel. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like the delivery vans passing by or people chatting near the gate. At Capgemini Consulting India Pvt Ltd, we just focus on the work sitting in front of us. Our desks are a bit crowded with monitors and chargers, and there’s always a stray coffee mug or two sitting around. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just order something from the small places nearby or share whatever someone brought from home. The lighting is just standard tube lights, and the chairs are comfortable enough for a full day. Sometimes we have to step out into the hallway to take a call if it’s getting too noisy inside with everyone talking at once. It’s a straightforward way to work. There’s no dress code to worry about, and we all just get along without much fuss. The commute to Navghar Road can be a bit of a pain during the monsoon, but we manage to stay on track. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours without any unnecessary corporate drama.
