Cape R B Hilton

We are over at Siraj Mansion in the Nagpada neighborhood of Mumbai. Our office is at 3/70 on the second floor on Peerkhan Street. It is a busy area with a lot of small businesses and local shops all around us. The building is older, so it has high ceilings and big windows, though it also means we have to deal with the dust coming in from the street. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance for people. You just come up the stairs and you will find us there on the second floor. It is a small team, so the office is usually pretty quiet except for the sound of the fans and the noise coming from Peerkhan Street below. We handle the daily operations of Cape R B Hilton from this spot. We do not have a corporate hierarchy or a lot of formal meetings. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. We like being in Nagpada because it is a very active part of the city and everything you need is just a short walk away. We do not have any marketing people or a polished website for the company. We are just a local business doing our thing in an old Mumbai mansion. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit during the monsoon, but we have our buckets ready. We just keep working and do not make a big deal out of anything.
