Capcon Solutions Private Limited

Capcon is located in the Jogeshwari East area of Mumbai. You can find us at the Hari Singh Bhaya Chawl, which is in Majas Goan Tekdi, not too far from the Bandivli High School. It is a very lively and crowded part of the city, so there is always something happening right outside our door. The office is quite small and can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have our desks crammed in, and there is always some equipment or another taking up space in the corners. It is not the kind of place you see in a brochure, but it is where we do our work. Being near the school means we hear the bell and the kids playing every day, which keeps things from being too quiet in the afternoons. We focus on our solutions and just try to get through the day’s tasks without too much trouble. Mumbai is a tough city to work in sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but we have been here long enough that it feels normal to us. We do not have any corporate slogans or a polished image. We are just people working in a chawl, trying to do our best with what we have. Most of our furniture is mismatched, and we do not have a fancy lobby for visitors. We just get to work in the morning and go home when the job is finished.
