Canyon Technologies

We work out of Venkatesh Residency in Mahadev Nagar, which is over in the Hadapsar area. It is a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. We have a small space where we keep our computers and servers. Most of our day is spent typing away on keyboards and looking at code or fixing technical problems for people who call us up. It can get pretty quiet in the room when everyone is focused on a difficult bug, but we usually have some music playing in the background. Hadapsar is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside, but inside we just stick to our work. We started this because we liked playing around with technology, and it eventually turned into a job. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a front desk person. If you come by, you'll probably just find us in our t-shirts drinking coffee. We try to explain things simply when someone has a computer issue, because we know not everyone is into tech as much as we are. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs to get finished, but we don't mind. There are plenty of good food stalls nearby in Mahadev Nagar for when we need a break. It is a small team and we just enjoy the challenge of making things work the way they should for our clients.
