We are based in Mumbai at Ghatkopar West. Our office for Caitesika Tech Private Limited is Flat 301 in Tower 6 of the Cypress Orchard residential complex. It’s tucked away right behind the R City Mall, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. LBS Marg is usually jammed with traffic, so it takes a bit of patience to reach us in the afternoons. Being in a residential tower means things are a bit different than a normal office. We have to follow the society rules and it’s generally quieter than being on the main road. The space inside is just a regular layout that we’ve converted for our tech work. We have computers set up in the different rooms. It works for us because it’s a comfortable environment. Sometimes we hear the sounds from the mall or the traffic on LBS, but mostly it’s just the hum of the computers. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people, just a small group working together. We don't use any fancy management jargon or have big posters on the walls. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of work to do. Finding the right tower in the complex can be a bit tricky for newcomers because they all look quite similar. We usually tell people to look for the one right behind the mall.
