You can find Caden Inc on Mithagar Road at Shashwat Rusuyum Pur B-103. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We use the main living area for the desks and the back room for storing all the supplies and extra boxes. It is quite peaceful here most of the time, especially since we are not right on the ground floor. We have got a balcony where we go to get some fresh air or take phone calls when the office gets a bit noisy with people talking. The kitchen is still there, so we use it to prep our lunches and keep our water bottles cold. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth, but it does not bother anyone. We have got a lot of cables running along the baseboards that we have tried to hide with tape, though it does not always stay stuck. Usually, the sun fills the room in the afternoon, making it a bright place to work. We do not really have a sign outside, so people usually have to look for the building name and the flat number to find us. It is a steady environment where we can just focus on the tasks at hand. We are a small group and we just keep the daily operations going without much drama.
