Bvur Innovations (India) Private Limited is situated at H. No. 43 in Ghorpadi Gaon, Pune. It’s an old-school area with a lot of history, and our office on Sopan Baug fits right in. It’s not a modern glass tower. Instead, it’s a more traditional house-style building where we’ve set up our workspace. We have a lot of room, which is nice compared to some of those tiny cubicles you find in the IT parks. The S. No. 78 area is relatively peaceful, though you still get the local village sounds throughout the day. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. Most of us just sit together and figure out what needs to be done. There’s a small garden area outside where we sit when we need a break from the computers. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the ceiling fans hum quite loudly when they’re on high. We keep things very simple and practical. Our day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and then we get straight into the work. We aren't into the whole high-tech startup look with bean bags and ping pong tables. We just have desks and chairs and the tools we need to do our jobs. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay busy. It’s a good place for people who just want to work without all the unnecessary office politics or corporate overhead.
