Busy Baker Pure Veg Bakery

Busy Baker Pure Veg Bakery is located in the Om Shakti Complex, D Wing, Room No 2. This is in the Pali Devad area of Sukhapur, New Panvel, with the pincode 410 206. We started this bakery because we wanted a place in the neighborhood that only did veg stuff. It’s a small room, but we manage to fit all our ovens and trays in there somehow. The smell of baking bread usually fills the hallway of the D wing every morning. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows, it’s more of a functional space. People from the complex usually just knock on the door to see what we have fresh that day. We do a lot of biscuits and simple cakes. It gets very hot near the ovens, especially in the afternoons. We are just local people doing some baking for the folks around Sukhapur. We don't use fancy packaging, just plain bags. Most of our time is spent mixing dough and checking the timers. Sometimes we run out of things quickly, so it’s better to come early. The floor is always a bit dusty with flour, no matter how much we sweep. It’s a honest day's work and we enjoy being part of the New Panvel community. You won't find any meat here, just simple veg bakes. If you’re in the Om Shakti building, just look for the room number. We keep working until the last loaf is out.
