Our office is at 106A in the Sangita building over in Borivali West. It is right near Gorai Creek, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. Being on LT Road means we are right in the thick of things. Btkm Quantity Surveyors Rsa is basically a group of people who are really good with numbers and construction details. We spend our days looking at blueprints and calculating costs for various building projects. It is a lot of math and double-checking everything. Mumbai is a busy place to do this kind of work because there is always something being built. Our space in Sangita Chs Ltd is small but it fits all our files and drawing boards. We have been part of the Borivali community for a long time. We don't have a big marketing department because we don't really need one. Most people find us because they heard we do honest work. We are not flashy people. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of chai while we work. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but we just close the windows and get back to our spreadsheets. It is a good life, helping people figure out how much their projects are going to cost. We take our measurements seriously and try not to make mistakes. It is hard work but we like it.
