Borivali West is always moving, and our spot is on Rokadia Lane, right near Kapil Kunj. It’s Mumbai, so space is tight, and the rain in July really makes things interesting around here. Bsn Medical has been in this B 12 building for some time now. We’re right off Svp Road, which gets jammed up pretty bad during the peak hours in the morning and evening. If you’re coming to see us, you’ll probably hear the local trains in the distance or the constant sound of the traffic outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just shelves and desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking boxes in the back. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s our place. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when we need a quick break from all the paperwork. Sometimes the humidity gets to the old files, so we have to be careful with how we store things. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just handle the medical supplies and the business side of things without making a big fuss or using fancy titles. It feels like a small family in this office, even when things get a bit stressful. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the neighborhood like the back of their hand. We know which days are going to be slow and which ones will have us running around until late evening. It's just a regular Mumbai office life.
