Our office for Brightpoint India Ltd is located at E 110 in Sector 22, Noida. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling area, but there are plenty of small businesses tucked away here. Sandeep Ku Maurya is usually around managing things. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s more like a regular house that’s been turned into a workspace. We spend most of our time on the phone or on our computers, dealing with the daily tasks of the business. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which is nice when we have a lot of data to enter. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the nearby shopkeepers. Sometimes we have meetings at the small table in the corner, and other times we’re just catching up on emails while the fan hums overhead. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we need. We don't really do much in the way of public relations. We just focus on our own tasks and try to stay organized. Sector 22 is a convenient spot for us, and being here feels quite normal. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just the basic stuff that keeps the business moving. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the week. Even though the name sounds big, it's just a few of us working together every day to get things finished and ready for the next morning.
