Bougan Villa Restaurant

We are located on the ground floor of the Neel Yog Square building in Ghatkopar East. The shop number is 1, so we are right there at the front. R B Mehta Road is always busy, and being in Mumbai, there is never really a quiet moment. We have been here for a while, just serving food to the people who live and work in the neighborhood. The building is one of those standard commercial ones you see everywhere. We have some tables inside and a bit of space. It’s not a huge restaurant. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the lunch crowd comes in, but we make do. We spend a lot of time just keeping the kitchen running smoothly. The noise from the street is part of the experience, I guess. You hear the honking and the people walking by constantly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just put out the sign and open the doors. The staff is local and we talk to the regulars about the weather or the traffic. It’s a practical place to eat. We keep the floor swept and the tables wiped down. It’s just a normal restaurant in a very busy city. We do our work and go home at night. Life in Ghatkopar is fast, so we try to keep up.
