We are located in Flat No 1 on the 1st floor of the Jignesh building in Malad West. Boss Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is a small setup. We are close to the Malad Subway, so the sound of traffic is pretty much part of our daily background noise. It’s an old-school flat turned into an office, which gives it a bit of a homey feel, I guess. We have our computers set up where a living room used to be. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a cafeteria. We usually just bring our dabbas from home and eat in the small kitchen area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the info solutions side of things to worry much about that. Being near Akota, there are plenty of people moving around outside. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying anything heavy. We’re a tight-knit group. Most of us have been working here since the start. We don’t really have a 'boss' vibe even though it’s in the name; it’s more like a group of friends who happen to know a lot about tech. We just take it one day at a time and solve whatever problems come through the door, usually while drinking too much coffee.
