Para-g Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. is situated in units 6 and 7 of the Raj-Radhika building. We are located in Kastur Park, which is a fairly well-known part of Borivali West. It’s a decent area with a lot of trees and residential blocks nearby. Our workspace isn't anything over the top. It’s just a functional office where we handle teleservices. This means a lot of headsets and desks lined up. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The building Raj-Radhika is pretty easy to spot. We usually take our breaks outside to get some fresh air away from the phones. There are seven of us mostly, or sometimes a few more depending on the week. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website team. We just do the work we are assigned. Borivali West is a busy place, but Kastur Park feels a little more tucked away. Our office at units 6-7 is where the day-to-day happens. We start in the morning, log in, and start the calls. It’s a regular job for regular people. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the services from our little corner in Borivali and call it a day when the shift ends. It is mostly about staying patient and keeping the records straight for all our clients.
