Boon Management Consultant Pvt Ltd is based in Room 312 of the Shanti Niwas Co Op Housing Society. We are located in the Bhatwadi area of Kisan Nagar No 3, right in Wagale Estate, Thane. It’s a busy industrial and commercial zone, so there is always something going on outside. The building itself, Shanti Niwas, has been around for a bit. It’s one of those places where you see a mix of families and small businesses all working in the same space. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is usually packed with trucks or people moving goods. Our office is simple. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where we sit down with our files and computers to figure out management stuff. Thane is a big place, and Wagale Estate is like its beating heart for business. We like being here because it feels like people are actually working. It’s not a shiny corporate park; it’s more honest than that. You walk up the stairs or take the lift, find 312, and that’s us. We’ve been part of the Kisan Nagar community for some time now and it feels like home. Boon Management is just a small group of us trying to do a good job every day. The office might be a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make it work.
