Our office is tucked away in Lily Apartments, right at C 410 over in Sharma Estate. Being on S V Road makes it easy for people to find us, especially since we’re right next to Deewan Shopping Mall in Jogeshwari West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around. We spend most of our day handling parcels and sorting out deliveries for folks in the area. It can get a bit hectic with all the boxes coming and going, but we manage. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. Most of the staff has been here for a good bit, so we know the local streets pretty well. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate giant, just a local spot where you can drop off your stuff and know it’s being handled. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that's just part of working in an apartment complex. We've got our routines down, from checking labels to making sure the delivery riders know where they're heading. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking, which keeps us on our toes. People stop by on their way to the mall or after work. We just keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward operation here at Bombino Express, nothing too complicated about it. Just people working and getting packages where they need to go.
