Bombay Chamber Of Commerce Industry

This is the Bombay Chamber Of Commerce Industry office. We are located at 202 Yugarambh on G K Marg in Lower Parel. Mumbai is a fast place, and Lower Parel is right in the middle of all that noise. Our office is on the second floor. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings. People come in and out all day long for different industry things. The building is one of those typical office blocks. It’s not the newest, but it works for what we do. We have a lot of files and desks. Sometimes the AC doesn't work perfectly, so it gets a bit warm during the monsoon. We spend most of the time answering phones or typing up reports. There is a lot of history here, but we don't think about it much. We just focus on the tasks. The traffic on G K Marg is usually terrible, so we all try to leave early or stay late to avoid it. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It’s a professional environment but it feels lived-in. There are stacks of papers everywhere. We know the security guards and the chai wallah outside. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us. We help out where we can with the local business community. It's a lot of small details that keep everything running through the week.
