If you head over to MG Road in Kandivali West, you’ll find us in the D Wing of New Turakia Park. We are up on the fourth floor, in units 407 and 408. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and the noise from the street usually makes its way up to us. Our focus is mostly on the polyfab side of things, which means a lot of talk about materials, weights, and shipments. The office isn't very large, so it’s usually stacked with samples and rolls of fabric tucked into every corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the production schedules. Mumbai weather can be tough on the work, especially during the monsoon when getting goods moved around the city becomes a real challenge. We’ve had our fair share of long days where we’re just trying to sort out a shipping delay or a production hiccup. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. We don’t have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say. We just know our products and we know the people we sell to. It’s a practical business, built on showing up every day and making sure the orders are right before they go out into the city.
