Bluestone Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is situated in Navi Mumbai, specifically within the Rail Vihar Co Op Hsc Soc. Being in the 410 210 area of Maharashtra gives us a bit more space than the crowded parts of the main city. Our office is inside the housing society, which makes for a bit of a different work environment than a standard commercial building. It feels a lot more like a community here. We do various types of consultancy work, which mostly involves a lot of meetings and looking at data on our laptops. The society is usually quiet during the day when most people are out at work, so it's a good place to concentrate on the details. We've been here for a bit now and have a nice routine going. Usually, we start early before the heat really kicks in. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a good tea kettle. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on things that don't matter. Most of the people we work with appreciate that we're easy to talk to and don't use a lot of jargon. We just try to solve the problems that are brought to us. Living and working in Navi Mumbai is a bit slower than the city side, which suits us just fine. We just handle our tasks, keep things moving, and enjoy the relatively quiet surroundings of Rail Vihar.
