Bluesky Hr Solutions is based in Ghatkopar West, over at Amrut Nagar. You can find us at 806 Kannan Appt. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a good neighborhood to work in. Mumbai is a big place to find jobs or people, so we stay busy in this office. The apartment is where we do all our interviewing and paperwork. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices in BKC, but it’s comfortable and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days we're just catching up on all the emails that piled up. Amrut Nagar is a fairly quiet area compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up for different tasks. We don't really have a big reception desk; people just come in and we sit down to talk. It’s been our home base for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. Sometimes the lift acts up, but that’s just life in a Mumbai apartment block. We aren't here to promise anything huge, just to help match people up with work that fits them. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of patience and talking to different kinds of people every single day from our little office spot.
