We are based in Room No 1 on the first floor over on Navanagar Road. It’s in Madh Island, which you get to via Versova here in Malad West. Being in Mumbai, things are always a bit crowded, but we make it work. We handle a lot of packages and documents all through the day. It’s a basic office, nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done. The staff here is just a few local people who know the area well. We spend a lot of time sorting things and checking delivery routes. Sometimes the traffic in Malad makes everything run late, but that’s just life here. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big polished lobby. Most of the time, the place is just filled with boxes and the sound of tape dispensers. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going. We just try to keep everything moving so people get their stuff. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t use any complicated systems, just simple logging and tracking. If you’re looking for us, we’re just up the stairs. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the rest of the city. We just do our shifts and go home like everyone else. We aren't doing anything big, just keeping the mail moving.
