Black Hat Talent

Our office for Black Hat Talent is in Wadala, over in Sector 37. Specifically, we are at C 25 1 on R A K Road, which is part of Azad Nagar. It is a bit of a crowded area but that is just how Mumbai is. We work in the talent space, helping people find work and companies find staff. It is a lot of talking on the phone and looking at resumes all day long. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to go down the street for a drink. The building is okay, nothing special to look at. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a few years now. R A K Road can get really jammed up during rush hour so most of us try to get in early or stay late to miss the worst of it. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants and a fountain. It is just a regular office with some computers and chairs that have seen better days. Azad Nagar is a lively place to be located. You see a lot of different people coming and going. We just try to do our best by the folks who reach out to us. We don't use big words or fancy titles much. It is just about getting the right person for the job. That is how we spend our time in Wadala.
