Bitcom System

Our shop is Room Number 5 in Babul Dubey Chawl, located in Malad East. We are right opposite the Shankar Temple, so we hear the bells ringing quite often throughout the day, which is a nice background sound. Bitcom System is where we handle computer repairs and system setups for people in the area. The chawl is a very lively place with kids playing outside and neighbors chatting. Our room is quite small and we have computers and monitors stacked up on every available surface. It can be a bit messy with all the wires and cables running across the floor, but we know where everything is. We mostly deal with people who have broken screens or slow laptops that need a bit of help. It is not the kind of place where you will find a shiny showroom. We just have our workbenches and a few stools for customers to sit on while we take a look at their machines. The lighting isn't the best, so we use desk lamps to see the small parts clearly. We have been in this spot for several years now and everyone around here knows us. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what cannot. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up late at night. The temple across the way helps us keep track of the time.
