Our office is located at Pant Nagar in Ghatkopar East, right behind the BMC office. It is actually in the Best Staff Quarters, room number 15 in the G-1 block. It is a bit of a modest spot, but it works for us. Living and working in Mumbai means we are used to these kinds of tucked-away spaces. We do a mix of IT work and consulting, mostly just helping people figure out their tech problems. Some days are quieter than others. Ghatkopar is a lively area and there is always something happening outside the window. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and a lobby. It’s just a few of us here. We started this because we knew a thing or two about computers and figured we could make a go of it ourselves. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is usually on the screens and the lists of things we need to get done for the day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around, but we manage. If you know the area near the municipal office, you basically know where we are. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We keep our notes, we answer the phones, and we try to give honest advice when people ask us about their IT setups. It's just what we do every day.
