Bijdeep Corporation

Our little office for Bijdeep Corporation is tucked away in Andheri East 118. If you’ve ever spent time in Andheri, you know it’s a place that never really stops moving. There’s always the sound of the local trains or the traffic from the Western Express Highway somewhere in the distance. We’re in a building that’s seen better days, but it has character. The room we have is number 118. It’s a tight squeeze once everyone is inside and the computers are humming. We have a small window that looks out onto another building wall, so we don't get much of a view, but the light is okay in the afternoons. It gets quite humid here, especially during the monsoon months when everything feels a bit damp. We’ve got a couple of filing cabinets that are overflowing and a water cooler that makes a funny noise every time someone uses it. Working in Andheri East means you’re always in the thick of things. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick vada pav or a cutting chai during the break. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Bijdeep Corporation is just a small operation trying to keep up with the pace of Mumbai. It’s messy, it’s loud, and it’s crowded, but it’s where we work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People just walk in and we talk to them across our desks. It’s honest work in a busy city.
