Big Factor

Big Factor is situated in the Byculla Service Industrial Estate on Dadoji Konddeo Road in Mumbai. We are right near Rani Baug in Byculla East, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of the city. Being in an industrial estate means the environment is very work-focused and a bit gritty, which fits the kind of stuff we do. There are always trucks loading and unloading nearby, and the sound of the city is constant. Our office is just a regular unit where we handle our business operations. It’s not a place with shiny floors or fancy lights, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of our projects and making sure things are moving along as they should. The commute to Byculla can be interesting, especially during the monsoon when the roads get a bit messy. We have a team that knows the area well, and we usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby. The work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the details of our various factors are sorted out. It’s a no-nonsense type of place where we just focus on the tasks at hand. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have become part of the local landscape. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just come in and do the work every day until it is finished.
