Our business, Platinum Painting Essentials & Trading Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, is set up in Building No. 40 at the Arihant Commercial Complex. We are on the first floor. This is in Purna Village, which is close to the Kopar bus stop in Bhiwandi. If you’ve ever been to Bhiwandi, you know how much trading goes on here. Our building is part of a large complex, so there are always trucks coming and going. We handle a lot of painting supplies and trading goods. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always the sound of tape dispensers and boxes being moved. We have shelves stacked high with all sorts of things. The light on the first floor is okay, but we mostly rely on the overheads while we work. We aren't some big corporate entity with a million branches; we are just this one spot in Bhiwandi. The team here is mostly local folks who know the area well. We talk to the bus drivers at the Kopar stop sometimes during our breaks. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff or fancy presentations. We just focus on getting the crates packed and the orders shipped out. The traffic in Purna Village can be a bit of a nightmare, but that’s just life in a commercial hub. We just keep at it every day.
