Vision Websters Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Office No. 1-4 on the 1st Floor of Vardhaman Complex-1 in Bhayander East. We ended up taking four units next to each other so everyone would have enough room to sit and work. Bhayander East is a crowded place, and being in the Vardhaman Complex means we are right in the middle of all that energy. Most of us here are focused on web work, so we spend a lot of time sitting at our desks looking at code and designs. The first floor is actually quite convenient because we do not have to wait for the elevator, which usually has a long line during the morning rush. We are just a group of regular people, some of us live nearby and some travel quite a distance to get here. We do not have any big corporate titles or complicated hierarchies. If someone has a question, we just talk to each other across the desks. Sometimes we order some food from the restaurants downstairs when we are staying late to finish a project. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and cables everywhere, but that is just how it looks when people are actually working. We try to keep things simple and just focus on making sure the websites we build actually work for the people who need them.
