Om Sai Security

Our office, Om Sai Security, is at No. 9 in the Shree Krishna Complex on Navaghar Road. If you are in Bhayander East, you probably know the building. We’ve been here for a while, providing guards for the local apartments and some of the shops nearby. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is important to have someone watching the gates at night. We mostly spend our time interviewing new guards and checking in on the posts to make sure no one is sleeping on duty. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of logbooks and extra uniforms. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone comes in for their pay, but we make it work. We are just local people trying to provide a service that the neighborhood needs. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy systems, just honest work and people who show up on time. Navaghar Road is always busy, so there is a lot of noise outside our window, but we are used to it by now. It is a tough business because people always want lower prices, but we have to pay the guards a fair wage too. We just keep plugging away and doing our bit to keep the local area a bit more secure for everyone. It is mostly about trust and showing up when you say you will. We spend a lot of time just talking to the building managers about their specific needs.
