Bhavani Digital Systems is tucked away in the Blue Rose Industri estate in Borivali East. We are in Sector 35, at Unit No 38. Being in an industrial unit means it is not very pretty, but it is very functional. We have a lot of machines and wires all over the place. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at the same time. We focus on digital systems, which means a lot of technical work and troubleshooting. Most of our staff are just regular people who know their way around a circuit board. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and a t-shirt because things can get a bit greasy or dusty. The unit is a decent size, but we have filled it up with equipment over the years. We spend our mornings checking the machines and the afternoons doing the actual assembly or repairs. The estate has a lot of other businesses, so there is always the sound of trucks and loaders in the background. It is a busy place to be. We have our small kitchen area for making tea and coffee, which is where we spend our breaks. We've been here a while and know the neighbors. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the work we do. We just keep our heads down and get the job done right every day.
