Bhatia Tour Travels

We've been here at Poonam Apartment for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Santacruz West. People come to us when they need to get somewhere and don't want to drive themselves through the city. We have a few cars and drivers who know the roads well. It's not a huge setup, just a small office where we handle bookings. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during wedding season or long weekends, but we try to keep the cars clean and show up on time. If you live around Panthara Palya, you’ve probably seen our cars parked nearby. We don't do much fancy advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. It’s straightforward work. We help with airport drops or if a family wants to go out of town for a few days to get away from the heat. The traffic in Mumbai is always a mess, so having a driver who knows the shortcuts helps quite a bit. We just keep our keys organized on the wall and the logs updated by hand. It’s a local business and we like it that way. No big call centers here, just a phone that rings on the desk and someone picks it up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot from our spot in Flat No 31. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things difficult with the roads, but we manage. If you need a ride, you know where to find us.
