It’s a ground floor unit, which makes it a lot easier for moving equipment in and out than if we were upstairs. Being in Mulund West, specifically Mumbai 400080, means we’re in a good spot for serving both residential and commercial clients nearby. The industrial estate is always full of activity, and we’ve been part of that for quite a while now. We deal with infotech services, which basically means we fix computers and help people with their digital setups. The office is pretty functional—mostly just workbenches and a few computers for testing. We don't have any flashy decorations or corporate reception areas. It’s a real workshop where things actually get repaired. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we first opened our doors here, but the basic way we work hasn’t changed much.
