Our office is located at E 205 in the Kanishk Ge Links Coop Housing Society. You’ll find us on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West, Mumbai. It’s a typical city setup, being inside a housing society. We handle life insurance for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate building with a big lobby. Instead, it’s a place that feels like part of the community. We like being based here because it makes it easier for people to just drop by. We spend a lot of our time going through policy papers and explaining the fine print to whoever needs it. Mumbai is a noisy and fast place, but we try to keep things straightforward in our office. We don’t do any of those fancy sales pitches or use complicated language. We just talk to people like we’d talk to our own friends. If there’s a problem with a policy, we look at the documents and try to figure it out together. The society is a busy place, and Ram Mandir Road is always active. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now and we’re used to the flow of the day. It’s a lot of manual work, filing things and making calls, but it’s what we do. We don't have any polished mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing for the people in Goregaon.
