Down in Khar East, specifically at 8 Suresh Niwas on Adadrsh Lane, that’s where you’ll find our Bharti Airtel Services setup. Mumbai is always moving, but this little corner in Jawahar Nagar has its own particular feel. The lane is one of those typical Mumbai spots where everyone kind of knows everyone else's business. Our office is tucked into Suresh Niwas, and it’s a fairly straightforward place. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We mostly just spend our hours looking at screens and sorting out service requests for people in the neighborhood. The humidity in Mumbai can get pretty bad, so the fan is always running in the office to keep us moving. This isn't a big corporate tower; it’s more like a local hub. We get a lot of people dropping by to ask about their connections or just to clear up some bill issues. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard for people to reach us, but we’re usually there at our desks. The building has that old Mumbai charm, slightly worn but sturdy enough. We like being in Khar East because it feels more like a community than just a business district. We’ve got our files, our computers, and a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who needs to wait. It’s a practical environment. No one here wears suits unless there’s a real reason. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving for the Airtel customers.
