Bharti Airtel Limited

Our little spot is in Room 214 of the Natraj Market in Malad West. If you have ever been to SV Road, you know how loud and chaotic it gets. The market is always buzzing with people buying clothes and electronics. Bharti Airtel Limited is just one small room in that big building. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, and the noise from the street never really stops. We deal with all sorts of people here—shopkeepers from the market, commuters, and locals from the nearby buildings. Space is tight, so we have to keep things organized or we would not be able to move. We spend our day activating SIM cards and helping people who lost their phones. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary. We use a couple of old desks and have some stacks of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea seller comes by and that is the highlight of the hour. We do not have a fancy sign or bright lights, just a small board on the door. It is a real Mumbai experience working in a place like this. You have to be quick because everyone is in a hurry to get back to the market or catch a train. We just do our best to help them and keep the line moving. It is a bit of a squeeze but we get it done.
