Bharti Airtel Limited

We are located in the Whispering Meadows complex in Mulund West. It is a pretty tall building and we are way up on the sixteenth floor in the B wing. It feels more like a small apartment than a typical store. From up here, you can see quite a bit of Mumbai, especially on days when the air is clear. Bharti Airtel Limited mostly deals with the people living in this tower and the ones nearby on BR Road. It is a bit out of the way compared to a shop on the main road, so it stays fairly quiet. We do not get random walk-ins often; it is usually people who specifically need help with their accounts or documentation. The office has a few chairs and a table where we keep the forms. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing stuff into the database. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we tell people to call before they come up. It is a simple team of us here. We do not use big words or try to sell anything extra. If someone has a problem with their connection, we look into it and try to fix it. That is basically the whole job. It is a steady routine of paperwork and troubleshooting. We like the quiet vibe of this Mulund neighborhood and the way the clouds look from the balcony.
