Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Mumbai

We are located in the Kaveri BSNL Complex, room 102, right in J B Nagar in Andheri East. Being in Mumbai, everything is always fast and a bit crowded, and our office is no different. This Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited branch handles a lot of the local traffic in this busy part of the city. If you know Andheri, you know how packed the streets get, so having this complex here is quite convenient for the residents nearby. Inside, it’s a mix of old equipment and newer desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, trying to manage the vast network of this area. It gets quite humid in the office during the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working through it. There’s a lot of coming and going with technicians and customers all day long. We don’t really do the fancy corporate polish you see in the new glass buildings nearby. We are more about the grit and the daily tasks of maintaining telecommunications. The tea stall right outside the complex is where most of us end up during breaks to talk about the latest line issues. It’s a hard-working environment where we try to stay on top of the complaints that come in from all over J B Nagar. We’ve been here a while and plan to keep at it for a lot longer.
